Technical skill
I build full-stack apps in JavaScript and TypeScript, comfortable in any of the main JS / Node frameworks. I prefer data engineering with PostgreSQL. On AI tooling and APIs, I pick whichever is right for the task.
Strategic experience
As a defence strategist, I wrote the UK Ministry of Defence's climate and sustainability strategy, shaping the global conversation on militaries and climate change. As a programme sponsor, I chaired a national cyber initiative which impacted 27,000+ organisations and won the National Cyber Award for non-profits.
